We backup any type of data files... E-mail, photos, iTunes, documents, spreadsheets, Quicken,
Quickbooks, CAD, Act, SQL, Exchange Server, Web Server, and more!
Our service is designed to backup the data on all your computers at your location, and/or multiple locations. If you have multiple computers
on a network, one of them will be setup to collect a copy of all data files from the other computers and then send it to our alpha server. A small
software program is installed that does all the work quietly in the background and is responsible for sending the data at a scheduled time once
every day. If you require a different backup schedule, the service can be configured to completely meet your needs. 256-bit SSL encryption is used
to encode the data files before they leave your location. While in transit to our alpha server, the encrypted data uses a hyper-secure encrypted
internet connection. After your data has been received and stored in its encrypted format, it is then copied to our beta server through a different hyper-secure encrypted internet connection. Our alpha and beta servers are located in different
secure locations, miles apart, for an extra level of security and safety. This is not a "Cloud" online backup service. The servers are located in
Asheville, NC and are our property and we manage the security and maintenance for them.
Setup is 3 easy steps...
Step1 Contact us!
We'll look at all your computers and determine which files to backup and calculate the total amount of
space necessary to store those files on our servers. This is called your "Backup Plan". The list of files from the backup plan is called a "data set".
Typically the data set contains: all your data files, your e-mail messages and address book and your internet favorites and/or bookmarks. If you
use any database or accounting software,(Quicken, Quickbooks, ACT, etc.) be sure and mention it to us so we can make sure it is included in the
data set. When the Backup Plan is complete, you will receive a copy of it. The backup plan will outline the specifics of your entire automitic backup
process and tell you which subscription level to select in the next step. Please do not proceed to "Step 2" until your Backup Plan is in hand.
Step2 Fill out the registration and select your subscription and billing cycle.
Click the "Sign Up" link and click the "2" button. Fill out the Customer Account Information and click "Continue". With your Backup Plan in hand,
select your subscription level and billing cycle. The billing cycle is the frequency that your automatic billing will occur. You may choose Monthly,
Quarterly, Semi-annually or Annually.
Step3 Enter your credit/debit card information and confirm your order. Continue to follow the steps after selecting your subscription
and billing cycle. Submit your credit/debit card billing information and confirm your order. You will receive e-mail confirmation of your
subscription order amount and billing cycle. Please Note: Our only billing method is automatic credit/debit card billing based on the
billing cycle you select (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually). Your credit/debit card information is not stored on the SBOS website

Note: We use remote control software as much as possible to allow us to securely connect to your computers from our location. This gives us
the ability to install and setup the backup software, make changes or restore files quickly and efficiently without having to come on-site.
Restore Process: If you need to recover or restore any files, just contact us and we will log on using
the remote control software and restore the missing file(s). Recovery of files is also provided free of charge. We are here
to take care of you!
Rebate or Free USB Hard Drive:
When you sign up for your subscription, you will have the choice of to receive a rebate coupon, via e-mail, equal to the cost of 3 months of your
subscription - or to receive an external USB hard drive.
Rebate Rules:
To receive your rebate, you must e-mail the rebate coupon to SBOS within 30 days of the first anniversary date of your singing up for your
subscription.
You will not receive the rebate if:
(A) You do not e-mail the rebate coupon to SBOS within 30 days of the first anniversary date of your subscription.
(B) Your subscription is canceled or terminated for any reason prior to the end of the first year.
Hard Drive Rules:
The hard drive will be installed during the Free setup and is to be used for your on-site backup device and it will be of a size that will
meet your current on-site backup needs. The external USB hard drive is yours to keep as long as your subscription remains in effect until the
conclusion of the first year. If your subscription is canceled or terminated for any reason prior to the end of the first year, you agree to
immediately return the external USB hard drive to SBOS. If the hard drive is not returned to SBOS within 10 days of termination, you will be
billed and responsible for its replacement cost.
